Using a tanning mitt apply a generous amount of foam to the mitt and apply in circular motions. Take extra care around the hands, feet, wrists and knuckles, buff these areas thoroughly after application with the excess tan on the mitt. Leave to develop for 6 - 8 hours.

Apply one layer for a light glow, or apply another layer for medium results. Wear loose clothing during development and avoid getting the skin wet. Once your tan has fully developed, shower as normal and keep skin moisturised.
